Pricing is based on a minimum guaranteed spend over a three-hour event, which includes the per-person food cost and all beverages charged by consumption.

Expand to See Video Description Private Speakeasy Room Overview The Private Speakeasy Room is located on the second floor of the building, accessed via a seventeen‑step staircase with brass handrails on either side. There is no elevator access. The space includes a private bar and restrooms, and features original exposed brick walls adorned with framed photographs of notable patrons. An original pressed‑tin ceiling is highlighted by a grand skylight above, and the room retains its historic rosewood bar. Gracious French doors open onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the tree‑lined East 18th Street. Event Configurations & Capacity Sit‑Down Meal (three straight lines of tables): up to 44 guests Sit‑Down Meal (U‑shaped configuration): up to 32 guests Buffet: total capacity of 45 guests, seating for 30 Cocktail / Hors d’Oeuvres: capacity of 50, seating for approximately 30 Standing Cocktail Event (no seating): capacity of 65 Food & Beverage Options Sit‑down dinners and buffet packages include up to three hours of complimentary draft beer and house wine. Additional beverages, including spirits or select wines and beers, can be ordered individually or by hosting a tab. A full bar with bartender service is available upon request. Booking Information There is no rental fee for the banquet room. Minimum guest counts or spending requirements vary by date and are determined by the events team. All events are limited to three hours and must begin and end on time. Final event invoices include a 20% service gratuity and applicable sales tax. A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required at booking, and a final guest count must be confirmed four days before the event; additional guests beyond that count may be charged accordingly.

Reservations

Our minimum guest Count and/or minimum spend varies according to times & dates requested. All minimums will be determined by the Banquet Manager.

All Events are for a maximum duration of 3 Hours, with departure times strictly enforced.
 

8.875% Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity will be added to all Event Invoices. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

​

A final confirmation of guest count must be provided 4 days prior to the event. Hosts will be charged for the number of people confirmed, plus any additional guests.

​

 No event shall be booked or confirmed without receipt of the aforementioned deposit and a signed contract.
