Planning Your Holiday Visit

A credit card is required for all November and December reservations.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation, and no-shows, are subject to a $25 charge per guest.
A minimum spend of $50 to $80 per guest applies to all dining room reservations.
Your reservation ensures seating in one of our ground-floor dining rooms or our second-floor Speakeasy Room.
Reservations are limited to two hours, unless additional time has been arranged with a manager in advance.
All reservations are for Dinner. We do not allow just drinks or coffee and desserts.
If you are able to book a Bar Room reservation on Resy, please note that the Bar Room is extremely lively and loud.

Party of five or more?

Resy can book up to 4 guests. For larger parties, please email manager@petestavern.com.

Please give us 12 hours to respond as this time is extremely busy. Resy can only make reservations for up to 4 guests.

Need to make a change?

Use the Resy app or call Della, our automated phone agent, at (212) 473-7676.

Fully booked?

Select "Notify" on Resy to get an alert if a reservation opens up. An alert is an invitation to book; it does not automatically secure a reservation.

To help everyone arrive comfortably and keep guest traffic moving safely, please use the entrance designated for your visit:

Bar Room walk-ins:

Use the front entrance on Irving Place.

Patio and curbside walk-ins:

Use the westernmost vestibule on East 18th Street, closest to Irving Place. Once seated, guests in these areas should also use this door to access the restrooms.

All dining room reservations and Speakeasy private- event guests:

Use the easternmost vestibule on East 18th Street, marked “1864 Project.”

Miracles happen. Don't hesitate to come in and see if there's a dining room table available inside for a walk-in - especially late afternoon/early evening. The time might be limited, but we would love to welcome you if you're up for it.
Our Bar Room, heated enclosed patio and heated outdoor dining spaces are exclusively for walk-ins.
These areas offer our full selection of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, along with an expansive tavern food menu.
There is no minimum spend for walk-in dining. A two-hour seating limit applies.
